Messages and collaborations

If you email me, I process your address and message to reply, maintain correspondence or discuss a collaboration. This is based on my legitimate interest in handling correspondence and, when entering into a contract, steps taken before concluding it. I keep messages for as long as needed to handle the matter, then to the extent required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Running this website

Cloudflare serves this website. The infrastructure provider may process technical data such as your IP address, request time and browser information to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. The scope and retention of logs depend on the infrastructure configuration.

External services

Game covers may load from Twitch servers, which receive technical request data including your IP address. Links to Twitch, Kick, X, TikTok, Instagram and Discord lead to separate services with their own privacy policies. Channel statistics are fetched outside visitors’ browsers; this site does not send visitor data to CreatorCrawl.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or your competent supervisory authority.

Analytics and cookies

On your first homepage visit, the language is selected using the country provided by Cloudflare and your browser language. Choosing PL or EN manually stores the smaczny_lang cookie for up to one year solely to remember that choice. It contains no IP address or location. You can change the language in navigation or delete the cookie in your browser.

Google Analytics 4 starts only with your consent. Refusing does not limit access to this website. Analytics measures visits, page views, device type and traffic sources. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited; data may be processed outside the EEA under the transfer mechanisms described by Google. The _ga and _ga_* cookies are set to expire after up to 180 days, renewed on subsequent visits. GA4 data retention depends on the property settings. Your consent choice is saved in localStorage until changed or until site data is cleared.

You can withdraw consent using the button below. Return here through the privacy policy link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement and removes analytics cookies accessible to this site.
